5. Intellectual property
The Kivora TV brand, logo, interface, source code and graphic elements of the platform belong to KIVORATV LTD or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law.
The subscription grants a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable licence to access the content, without any transfer of ownership.
6. Availability and changes
We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available on a continuous basis, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated whenever possible.
The catalogue may be modified at any time owing to licensing contracts, regulatory changes or editorial decisions.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kivora TV is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profits or losses arising from temporary unavailability, misuse of credentials by the user, or device incompatibility.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
