Subscription Policy
Last updated: 7 September 2026
This document sets out how contracting, billing, renewal and changes to Kivora TV subscription plans work.
1. Contracting
The subscription is taken out on the platform itself, by creating an account and choosing one of the available plans. Access to the catalogue is granted immediately after confirmation.
2. Plans and features
Plans differ by maximum picture quality, number of simultaneous screens and availability of downloads. All include the full catalogue and ad-free playback.
3. Billing and renewal
Billing is monthly and recurring, on the anniversary date of the subscription. The applicable price is that shown on the plans page at the time of renewal.
Price increases will be communicated at least thirty days in advance, allowing the subscriber to cancel before the new price takes effect.
4. Changing plan
An upgrade takes effect immediately, with additional features unlocked at once. A downgrade takes effect at the start of the next cycle, preserving the current plan until the end of the period already paid.
5. Failed payment
If we cannot process the charge, further attempts will be made at regular intervals. If the failure persists, access to the catalogue is suspended until payment is regularised, without loss of account data.
6. Demonstration environment
While the platform operates in demonstration mode, no payment provider is connected and no charges are processed. The subscription screens simulate the flow for presentation purposes only.
