This Policy describes how Kivora TV collects, uses, shares and protects personal data, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

- Account data: name, email address and encrypted password.
- Profile data: profile name, avatar, language and playback preferences.
- Usage data: titles watched, playback position, saved items and browsing history on the platform.
- Technical data: device type, browser, operating system and IP address.
- Subscription data: contracted plan, status and renewal dates.
2. Purposes of processing
- Authenticate access and maintain the user’s session.
- Provide the contracted service, including resuming playback from where you left off.
- Personalise recommendations and organise the displayed catalogue.
- Process subscriptions and communicate account information.
- Prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised use of the service.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Legal bases
Processing is based on performance of the service contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests for security and improvement of the platform, and consent in the case of marketing communications and non-essential cookies.

We do not sell personal data. Sharing occurs only with processors necessary to provide the service, such as hosting, content delivery and payment processing providers, always under contract and a duty of confidentiality.

The service is not intended for account creation by persons under 18. Children’s profiles must be created and supervised by the responsible account holder.
