Kivora TV respects copyright and intellectual property rights and expects the same of its users. This page describes our position and the procedure for notices.
1. Ownership of content
All audiovisual content made available is displayed with the authorisation of its rights holders or is original production. The brand, visual identity and software of the platform belong to KIVORATV LTD.
The catalogue in this demonstration version comprises fictional works and artwork generated specifically for Kivora TV, without use of third-party materials.
2. Authorised use
The subscription grants a licence for personal and domestic access. Any reproduction, distribution, public performance or creation of a derivative work requires prior written authorisation from the rights holders.
3. Infringement notice
If you are a rights holder and believe that content available on the platform infringes your intellectual property, send a notice to our contact channel containing:
- Full identification of the notifying party and contact details.
- Description of the protected work and proof of ownership or legal representation.
- Precise location of the content identified on the platform.
- A good-faith statement that the use was not authorised by the rights holder, their agent or by law.
4. Review procedure
Notices are assessed as a priority. Where infringement is established, the content is removed or access is blocked and the party responsible for the publication is notified, who may submit a reasoned counter-notice.
Accounts with repeated copyright infringements may be suspended or closed permanently.
